Sometime in 2019 he gave/authorized the gift to the Wuhan lab breeding pairs of his patented transgenic mice with Humanized ACE II receptors in their lung cells, so Human pathegenic virus could be tested on live animals.
These mice likely exhaded SARS-CoV-2 onto a chinese lab worker around September 2019.

I just watched the video. I never saw a clip of Fauci admitting to gain of function research in Wuhan. The headline doesn’t match the content.
The Gates video was clipped too closely. He could have been taken out of context.
I did not find the video compelling.
