I had to laugh at this. I've been having at least 3 eggs for breakfast for most of my life. Never had a clot and my cholesterol level is just fine. As you say, it is the perfect food, has many of the vitamins you need, and keeps you full until well past lunchtime.

If you can get farm fresh eggs from local roadside stands, all the better and they are worth the extra dollar or two. Though these days, I find the farm eggs cheaper than what is in the supermarket.

Yep- chicken and eggs are a good, cheap, healthy protein. The price of eggs is over $8/doz in some areas and they are doing everything they can to wean people off of them.
