You aren’t a heavy person but I think these mattresses may hold up longer since they are made for large folks. I’m thinking about purchasing one because my mattress has a crevice in he middle now and it’s so uncomfortable. You can’t go wrong with a Sleep Number/Select Comfort bed. Get the adjustable frame. We got the split king the month before the COVID lock-downs started. We had the original Select Comfort bed, but changed to a Caspar foam bed for a couple of years until the foam completely broke down. I had to re-purpose the old Select Comfort air mattress until we got the new bed. My wife has had heart trouble and having the separately adjustable bed sides is critical. Before I got my CPAP, she found the “partner snore” setting very effective. The new air pumps are really quiet.
Wife and I bought a sleep-number. I like beds super-firm. In college I slept on a wooden board, with a heavy blanket over it. That kind of firm.
Their 100 setting is pretty firm, could be even firmer for me, but is OK.

We have a Select Comfort and it is pretty decent. Kinda pricey though...but you’re spending 1/3 of your life on it...
Memory foam has always sucked for me.

From my perspective, if you need a somewhat firm mattress, and especially if you have neck or lower back issues, I would not get a foam mattress. I have no specific recommendations, but I might try a Sleep Number or similar mattress that allows you to dial in your firmness. Good Luck!
Do not buy a Sleep Number mattress. It is nothing but a glorified air mattress. The way they achieve the different models is by varying the foam sheets that they use with the different mattresses. I speak from experience. I bought one. Replaced it with a Casper and have been happy ever since. I am 83, weigh 240 pounds and have owned my Casper for 5 years and it is still as firm as the day I bought it.
It is shipped to your house in a box. The mattress is inside a bag inside the box. Remove the mattress from the box and place it on the bed where you want it before you open the bag. The mattress is much easier to handle while still in the bag. You have a trial period to test the mattress. If you do not like it, let them know before the trial period ends and they will come to your house and pick up the mattress and refund your money. You cannot lose if it does not work for you. I also wear a CPAP.
My wife got a memory foam mattress a few years ago. It’s firm but not resistant to one’s physical resting/sleeping shape. I believe it was less than $400.
The most comfortable bed I had was a cheap inflatable and a 3” memory foam topper, both from costco at about $200. You can get the blow up mattress to the firmness you want and it is essential to have a topper for insulation. I had that combo for years while I was moving around a lot.
Tempur-pedic. Hands down. I’ve got back issues and we’ve had ours for 11 years now. Just rotate it every so often and you’re good to go. You’ve got to test them for the firmness you want, but it’s been great for us. Other memory foam mattresses don’t compare.
If you can find the brand...Emma. I’d recommend it. Wife bought new mattresses in December, and it’s fairly rigid. Took a couple of nights, but really is solid-firm.
I’m pretty convinced now...about every five to seven years...dump your mattress.
I had a select comfort, and got rid of it, and got the Swedish Tempur pedic, and liked it better.

Sometimes a really good 3” stiff memory foam mattress topper can work.
Go to a store and try out a bunch of mattresses or go to a bunch of hotels and motels to sleep overnight on a bunch of different mattresses.
My wife has gone through several and none are right for her. And yes, she wants to try it again but she wants to try a mattress topper first.
I can sleep on anything, anytime, anywhere. I used to fall asleep driving a car but I haven't done it in many a year.
I bought a Custom Comfort mattress about 10 or 15 years ago. It’s still in perfect shape. No sagging. I don’t think they are supposed to last that long. But it has.
We purchased a Sleep Number in about 2008. It still feels great! I recommend a basic model, especially for a bad back.
I am not fond of IKEA in many ways, but my wife and I have had extremely happy with the mattresses we have purchased from them. They are inexpensive and have lasted great for us. We prefer to use a good foam mattress cover. You might give them a look if you live near one.
