Over the past eight years, this man has not been left alone.
A Black Massachusetts man is suing the Worcester Police Department for racial profiling after allegedly pulling him over more than 70 times in just the past eight years, per GBH News. He’s still fighting charges from one of his previous police interactions.
T.J. Juty says he has been suspected of stealing cars and selling drugs before even being apprehended with a warrant. The report says he was pulled over in 2021 for not updating his new car color on his registration. By law, he wasn’t required to, but instead Juty was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with a police officer after an intense exchange. Worcester hasn’t implemented a strict body camera policy. Luckily, Juty recorded the stop to present as evidence.
“I feel like every single time, even if I’m not driving, and I make eye contact or an officer sees my dreads or he sees I’m Black, they’re going to come after me. I just know whenever they’re coming now, I just have my phone ready to record,” Juty told GBH.
Massachusetts has long been suspected of discriminating against Black and Hispanic drivers. Just last year, the Department of Justice launched an investigation into claims of excessive force and racially biased policing.
Many of those claims were documented by Joseph Hennessey, Juty’s attorney.

Gotta remember that liberal jurisdictions are the most racist.
Doesn’t it depend on whether the “victim” violated the law 70 times?
T.J. Hooker has it in for T.J. Juty.
Is this your application for the Worcester PD?
Is this satire?
The black guy’s attorney is Hennessy?
Were Newport and Schlitz taken?…
Well the police should know after stopping him breaking the law 20 or 30 times that those laws don’t apply to him. Isn’t there some sort of kings X, they stopped him for breaking that law yesterday, they can’t stop him again.
Yeah, he needs to quit driving through their neighborhood to get home. /s
SO, he was always doing absolutely nothing wrong, not speeding, not failing to stop, not driving weird, no lights out; nothing. And he was pulled over 70 times, huh? Amazing...
Juty is hoping to win the Ghetto Lottery.
And he probably will.
The Feds are investigating the racists in Worcester:
And racism is nothing new in Massachusetts.
When the South was desegregated in the 1960’s by Northern politicians and activist lawyers there were some protests.
But when those same “good ideas” were applied in Massachusetts?
“In response to decades of racial segregation, in 1974, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts required the Boston Public Schools to integrate the city’s schools through busing. Court-mandated busing, which continued until 1988, provoked enormous outrage among many white Bostonians, and helped to catalyze racist violence and class tensions across the city throughout the 1970s and 1980s. Anti-busing protests and iconography became national news in these years, and cemented Boston’s reputation as a city plagued by racial and socioeconomic strife.”
See, when you want to see REAL racism you don’t go to the South, nope, you go look for Northern Democrats.
Here’s a theory - the dude is a bad guy, a career criminal. He chose this life and the cops have every reason to be on his back. Like muzzling a proven biter even when the dog is wagging its tail.
Got pulled over for a car color? Bullshit. They were doing a quality control check.
This lady did utterly NOTHING and the cops stopped her anyway.
You might want to watch this for the surprise ending!
Mass doesn’t have a problem. It sounds like Worcester has a problem.
Worcester has lots of problems. I used to hate going into the city every day.
I’ll see your comment and raise you Martha’s Vineyard.
Populated with liberals who are sooooo loving
Really. That’s just harassment. The guy should be upset.
Was that driver a particularly reckless and lawless driver? I bet he was.
At least it isn’t Colt 45, or “40 in a sack”.
