My wife says the same thing. Many of her co-workers go more than once a week and get tested. I don’t get it. Testing doesn’t prevent covid. Their anxiety levels must be through the roof. No wonder people are getting heart attacks and having strokes. The media did this.

Depends on their demographic definition of British. Third world migrants often have deplorable health issues.

Just turned 73 a few weeks ago, and last BP at Dr’s app’t, was 125/70. BP not a problem anymore, now that I’ve mostly stopped grinding sea salt.
My favorite “food groups” — fat, grease, salt & sugar — have drastically changed... Heh.

Agreed. I would have a similar list if I didn't closely question my cardiologist. We have compromised on just a few since he installed my resynchronization pacemaker.
Entresto 49/51mg
Farxiga 10mg
Spirolactone 25mg
Carvedilol 12.5mg
I have no cholesterol issues, artery stenosis, blockages risks, or vascular insufficiency. I only had a valve timing problem which the resynchronization pacemaker fixed. I went from 23% ejection fraction to 43% after the pacemaker, which is in the normal healthy range. My enlarged heart due to bad valve timing has now returned to normal.
Eat good food. Drink good wine and beer. Keep good company. Walk your dog a lot. No OTC products. No vitamin supplements. No worries about being validated by anyone else, except by my pets.

I do ferment my raw vegetables for the health benefit. (Lactobacillus culture benefits)
Cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, beets, cucumbers, Napa Cabbage, etc....
Gallon size batches when you find a good sale. Easier to portion control and no left overs or waste. Stores in a cool basement or garage. Improved flavor.

We predicted this was coming.
The vaxes would do their damage and the resultant deaths and injuries would be blamed on the virus, on variants, on long Covid, on ANYTHING but the vax.

excess deaths in the UK could also be the result of the collapse of the NHS system of government medicine:
https://www.thesun.co.uk/health/21014603/dead-bodies-make-shift-morgues/
“The Royal College of Emergency Medicine claimed the spike in deaths was undoubtedly linked to record delays for urgent care.
It said: “If you can’t get an ambulance to someone who’s having a heart attack or a stroke, then some of those patients may die as a result.””

Entirely missed is the term 'Excess Deaths Report' which identify a monthly report of deaths by ICD code of the pathologies by which people died. It is a rolling report, with the older data expiring, and recent data rolling in. So it shows a moving 'window' of deaths and what caused it. The window of data is 2 years.
2 years ago CoVID started. The Excess Deaths reports are showing an overall upward spike, and the major world-wide factor is CoVID.

All the vitamins and minerals along with lactobacillus (yogurt) good bacteria. The vitamins are not cooked away in heat. Cost per serving drops to under a dime. No waste.
Great to serve to guests. They love the real textures and flavors. Every meal has an antipasto feature.

Just about any death can have relationship with various causes.
I personally don’t know a single person in my family history that
has died of Covid. Now we are down to the cousin group and someone
may have passed that I’m unaware of.

“collapse of the NHS system of government medicine:”
Looks like the real story is the collapse of NHS socialist heath care system. Learning quickly not to get too excited about GP. Will wait for better news sources.

Shhh! You will anger the FR vax cadre and they have been incredibly quite lately. I am beginning to wonder if their own false god of science and their beloved booster shots have finally done them in.

My goodness. That’s more than I took (by a lot) while being treated for acute myeloid leukemia and a bone marrow transplant. (And the consequences of the treatment)
