If K Harris removed first:
If they wanted to remove K. Harris they could just say she was not natural born and not qualified and have a bit of a fight about it and back off all the old BO positions about it just being "Born Here" and say she needs to go. Or pay her off to suddenly find she has a medical condition that requires her retirement from the VP. Then the problem: they could then try to get Newsom (of the sparkly teeth) or Hakeem the troll as the new VaPid, but would have to get both houses in congress to agree to it. Taking a big chance. That would take a lot of bribes or a lot of blackmail. The Rs would be smart they would just say no VP for the next 2 years. So, wont happen this way.
Joe would have to go first, resignation or removal they would have accept their daily equivalent of a nail in the skull listening to K.H. talk for 2 years and still a chance the Republicans would not approve any VP.
A P/VP double decapitation by unknown groups? No. Would lose control of the office. Won't happen.
Perhaps Joey "My little Corvette" Biden tries to work out an agreement behind the scenes to leave on his own IF congress agrees to approve No-sum as the new VP when Kamal assumes the Presidency. Might happen. The Rs should tell them to pound sand on this too. (Or he resigns and they cant push it through.) Most likely. No really good choices for them.
