In the USA we do not give a damn about your sexuality so long as you do not try to indoctrinate our youth to “this is the norm.” We do not care. If you come for our children, in my best Texan accent, “You gotta a problem from me.”

I worked in the VA for over 25 years. We had gay men and women and most just did their jobs. Oddly, some of the best female nurses were gay as were straight nurses. Those that were gay and did not have a political agenda were good nurses and docs. The few with a political agenda should have been fired. I was in Pharmacy. Our order supervisor was a gay man. His budget was millions of dollars. He did an outstanding job. He did not hide his sexuality nor push his sexuality. He just did a damn good job. I would hire him.

This came as a shock to me but actually it’s accepted in Iran just as long as they have full bottom surgery!

Homosexuality is NOT tolerated in Iran but they will allow a person to become transgender so they don’t practice homosexuality.
Go figure
That is a start, now with all the various versions of homosexuals.

Needs a little tweaking but certainly would do.
Maybe in the Pashtun parts it’s accepted where the culture has pederastry and dancing boys dressed as girls. General Iranian society does not look well upon the West’s versions of trannies.
