How Democrat Adam Schiff abused his power to demand I be kicked off Twitter simply due to a personal vendetta.
Question to Freepers: The gubmint and some "elected" Reps abuse and deny our Constitutional Rights. Under Law, what is the remedy for We the Citizen? Do we simply ignore Deep State edicts? How do we get them off our backs?

Just to be a horses arse, what law did Congress pass to accomplish censorship? Schiff is scum, his action reprehensible. Yet what did he do that was patently unconstitutional? That is the rub.
In a sane society Shiff would get a lot of bad publicity to shame him and damage his reputation. Unfortunately, the MSM applauds his communist censoring of news with the excuse “by any means necessary”.
If Trump as President can be sued, so can a Congresscritter.

Strictly speaking, you are right in how the first amendment is written, but if I am not mistaken, the courts generally interpret this right to be broadly restricting the goverment from infringing on these rights. Not only the executive branch, but you are to be protected from your state and local governments as well. Am I off base here?

Generally a congress critter can’t be sued for actions that are part of his job. That being said part of his is NOT infringing on the Constitutional rights of private citizens.
It is not his job to have private entities destroy other’s legal options.

No penalty at all. With elections captured by the Deep State, and sovereign immunity aplenty, they can get away with MURDER, much less ordering around a website.
