Some countries recommend no intense physicall activity for at least a week after the shot.
Has their ever been a so-called “vaccine” shot, before, that recommended a waiting period....of a week/more....to exercise???
Just unreal. Why a week? Why not two weeks.....a month....a year?

And my comment...”Yeah...it was the vax.”...was the direction my mind immediately took after watching because the video seemed staged and contrived to make me think just the opposite of the vax. It just felt manipulative.
Actually, and I say this as a former football player, it was a hard hit. IT was very deceptive.
He caught the ball carrier’s shoulder right in the solar Plexus. All the energy of both players right at the bottom of his rib-cage.
This was the 1-in-a-million shot that hit him at the worst point in time.
Did that break lose a clot caused by COVID? Who knows. But he DID take a really hard shot right to the chest.

but the were HEAVY weights, so normal people who work out with light weights should have nothing to worry about... or something.

The suspect part is how hard and quickly the narrative people are pushing their side.
That includes the people on social media piling on to establish false consensus and Big Tech already banning any other opinion.

Many that took teh shots and boosters don’t want to believe they may have injected poison into their bodies, so they are denying the reality they see.

It’s madness to give the jab to young, healthy athletes who have virtually no risk from covid.
And since the jab does not prevent transmission, jabbing the athlete doesn’t help anyone.
Question for Science: did the jab help or hurt mankind’s response to covid?

No one knows yet what caused his injury. What is odd, is how many folks seem upset some question if the experimental treatments, that the FDA tried to conceal data about for 75 years, that is known to cause damage to the hearts of young men, produced by companies that have paid the largest criminal fines in history for fraud, may have been part of the equation of what happened to him.

I know of no labeled vaccines that make that recommendation. Do you?

Same question I’d asked to the poster who said that it’s recommended NOT to exercise, for a week ++, after these dangerous jabs.
