In Ukraine, perhaps no weapon has caused more losses, or decided more engagements than the artillery.
With contested airspace both side have turned to the big guns to support their operations - and both have consumed ammunition at a prodigious rate (albeit Russia many times faster than Ukraine).
In this episode - I look at the question of production and supply and ask the question - are Russia or Ukraine going to run out of shells in 2023
They've used around 7 million?
And after that time, they've ramped up their factories - whereas the West is struggling to produce minimal stocks.
If both sides run out, they can attack each other with clubs and sticks
watch the whole thing... put it on 2x
Ask Putin for some ammo. The whole has been show biz anyway so both side could blackmail Joey and be paid off with our money.
That scumbag from Ukraine didn’t even bother to change his clothes to run over here to pick up his last check.
He knows Joey will be using his money to pay Mark Elias and his team to keep Dollar Hunter out out of jail and not rolling on The Big Guy.
As I said, it is all bull shiite and has been from day one. Does anybody really believe the Russians couldn’t win in two week?
yup
yup, some of that is in the opening of the video
This gets to why I also believe commonly quoted national GDP statistics are also BS. No one ever questions them.
Russia is often said to have an economy much smaller than even Australia’s.
But who is doing the measuring? How much is actually reported? In the West (particularly USA) we count our massive government spending and Wall Street trading as GDP. How productive are such activities really?
And is Russia (or China) really telling the world the true amount of defense-related investment and production?
No ammunition?
Can they then fight a war with empty guns and just mouthed noises, such as “bang!, you’re dead!”?
Ammo for the Russians (or probably the Ukrainians) is not the limiting factor. Barrels wearing out is what will silence the big guns and before silencing them will limit their effectiveness. It is much easier to ramp ammo production than to replace or repair barrels. The west with exponentially more industrial capacity than Russia will easily win the war of production, if the war continues for long and I doubt it will. The Russian people well noted for their endurance in defensive wars are much less willing to sacrifice in aggressive ones.
he covers all that along wi using tanks as indirect fire and THOSE barrels are harder to replace... it’s worth watching
JJ, do you know if there are any logistics guys on your pinglist?
this is the best i’ve seen from a backend view
thx
Thank God Putin is on his deathbed and the Russian troops are all surrendering. 🤡
I still can’t believe people (especially on this forum) are still so very pro Ukraine and anti Russian. Russia has a legitimate gripe and Ukraine is the equivalent of a mob front business whose purpose is to launder money (US tax dollars) for western elites (Biden et all).
Perhaps the EPA can send a few million bullets to Ukraine.
dint watch the video, did ya...
Chode, I do not know...
Sorry I could not help.
Ping.
thank you... his short answer is no, neither side will “run out”
but his historical/current analysis of the supply chain is first rate
