Me and the misses were traveling and we had a breakfast buffet with bacon, so I took huge stacks of bacon and stuffed them into a 24 ounce cup, and then put the cap on it to hold it in. We were in heaven that day as we drove through the countryside.

Not long ago I made an outrageously good BLT, but added fried green tomatoes to the usual BLT, on sourdough bread. Probably was my best effort for that so far. A good BLT is amazing, but add those fried green maters, and you have some real heaven on earth.
But back to bacon heaven. I think I’ll try to come up with something fun for the dinner menu.
