What Will the FBI Not Do?
American Greatness ^ | 25 Dec, 2022 | Victor Davis Hanson

Who watches the watchers?

The FBI on Wednesday finally broke its silence and responded to the revelations on Twitter of close ties between the bureau and the social media giant—ties that included efforts to suppress information and censor political speech.

“The correspondence between the FBI and Twitter show nothing more than examples of our traditional, longstanding and ongoing federal government and private sector engagements, which involve numerous companies over multiple sectors and industries,” the bureau said in a statement. “As evidenced in the correspondence, the FBI provides critical information to the private sector in an effort to allow them to protect themselves and their customers. The men and women of the FBI work every day to protect the American public. It is unfortunate that conspiracy theorists and others are feeding the American public misinformation with the sole purpose of attempting to discredit the agency.”

Almost all of the FBI communique is untrue, except the phrase about the bureau’s “engagements which involve numerous companies over multiple sectors and industries.”

Future disclosures will no doubt reveal similar FBI subcontracting with other social media concerns of Silicon Valley to stifle free expression and news deemed problematic to the FBI’s agenda.

The FBI did not merely engage in “correspondence” with Twitter to protect the company and its “customers.” Instead, it effectively hired Twitter to suppress the free expression of some of its users, as well as news stories deemed unhelpful to the Biden campaign and administration—to the degree that the bureau’s requests sometimes even exceeded those of Twitter’s own left-wing censors.

The FBI did not wish to help Twitter “to protect themselves [sic],” given the bureau’s Twitter liaisons were often surprised at the FBI’s bold requests to suppress the expression of those who had not violated Twitter’s own admittedly biased “terms of service” and...

And Twitter is probably just the tip of the iceberg. I would guess that the control of information spans all social media and much of news reporting and television broadcasting.

We need to form another FBI agency made up completely of illegal aliens who would be willing to do the investigations Obama’s FBI doesn’t want to do.

The FBI STOLE Taxpayer funds and used it to rig Public Elections, thereby Usurping the rights of the American Voters.

Every last government employee involved belongs on DEATH ROW for this.

Fedzilla is doing this, rather openly, with “social media”.

What do you suppose they are willing to do, and have been doing, with dinosaurs like Free Republic, which aren’t “modern” enough to support shadow banning and all the latest and greatest censorship techniques?

“The correspondence between the FBI and Twitter show nothing more than examples of our traditional, longstanding and ongoing federal government and private sector engagements...”

Whenever one sees a reference to a “public / private partnership”, substitute the word “fascism”, because that’s what it is.

I would like the answer to a question. What is the FBI/DOJ results in jury trials outside the immediate DC vicinity? What percentage of hung juries do they experience?

I presume that their record is getting to be so poor - outside the DC area - that that is why they try to bankrupt anyone in their sites to compel a plea bargain. Better a 100 guilty men go free than the FBI prosecute one more patriot.

It’s funny, the FBI poste a Merry Christmas on twitter and the immediate reaction was that this was another false flag operation to get Christians to out themselves as Christians for further investigation an d prosecution.

When a run on sentence with several adjectives, it can be assumed it is mostly skillful lying, and the FBI covering the little asses.

“There have been all sorts of remedies proposed for the bureau.”

It was probably too late 75+ years ago to do anything about any of the alphabet agencies, which basically function as guardians of the bureaucratic establishment empire in DC in order to keep themselves and their families fed and living well for generations.

Getting rid of any alphabet agency or even reducing budgets in the era of the 24 news cycle and media disaster porn. Our dumb screen culture society has become conditioned to be 100% risk adverse. No one wants to be the pol who cut the security/intelligence budget and is then invariably blamed when something terrible happens...or is allowed to happen.

Bet they won’t change pedoPete’s dirty diapers for him.
That duty probably remains in the hands of some young female SS agent that gets her hair sniffed while on her knees doing the dastardly deed . /s

Now we see that the FBI knew all about Andrew Gillum and his corruption before the 2018 gubernatorial election in Florida, which Gillum came within a whisker of winning.

I think they need to be lynched and hung where ever they are found and if you find a big field office in a large city the street out front of the building becomes their death row... darn that bi-polarism! Terets. The legal system is broke.
