When you need your car NOW before they destroy it!
Hoping they did not mess up her car.
Questions? In this situation was the car owner supposed to wait until she was shot before using her weapon?
How many hits does she have to take before firing?
What type of USB cable is needed to hotwire a car?
Sounds like she performed a public service.
I don’t see any reason why she should be charged with a crime.
My kind of gal.
If I’m on this jury, she gets a public service commendation and cash award.
Absolutely self defense. She should get a medal.
As they say in the Hood: “Don’t want nufin don’t start nufin.”
St. Louis, ‘progressive’ prosecutors, meaning they are pro-criminal, pro-crime.
She was doing the job local LEOs failed to do.
They probably charged her because she embarrassed the police.
Coleman opened fire and sparked the shootout,
The guys that stole the car and came out with guns started the shootout, she just shot first, maybe.
As far as I am concerned, this is what Leftism has driven this country to.
Full Stop.
I saw a video compilation recently of Brazilians, after some law was passed protecting citizens who kill someone if they intervene in the commission of a crime, going out of their way to run people over that they saw robbing people or assaulting them.
It was full of videos, of people being run over, thrown into the air, trying to jump on their escape motorcycle with compound fractures of their legs and such to escape.
I would rather not see such things.
But I would much less rather see obituaries about a father of four killed while pumping gas or buying a car.
They are going to force the law-abiding citizens of this country into vigilante justice, may they reap what they sow.
3 or 4 years ago my car was stolen. The damage the thief did to the possessions I had in that car is another long story.
I would LOVE to be on that jury.
If someone is stealing your property, you should be able to kill them.
In some states, you can, and not even worry about any follow up lawsuits.
We use to hang horse thieves. We should do the same to car thieves.
This is called defending your property. It’s a right we used to have in this country.
Good idea !
Exactly
Arrested, charged, tried, convicted, fined $1.
Forever immune to further legal action under double jeopardy...
Epic! That is the right answer.
Bingo! She was interrupting a felony and it appears one of the actors intended to resist her "interruption".
