Yes, just filthy groomers, period. Their status as immigrant means nothing because there are legal immigrants who are good people.
The legislators who let illegal immigrants to enter illegally are also worse.
Immigrants who are coming because they are being enticed to come are the rational actors looking for a better life. For dirty groomers, it's the opportunity to live out their sexual fantasies in a land that won't kill them right off the bat.
In Muslim countries, once a girl reaches puberty, she is considered fair game. Yet, in the West, we are not legally permitted to discriminate against them or other polygamists.

And this is despite the significant legal and theological restrictions on it (in Judeo/Christian culture--Western civilization).
Now imagine a culture and/or religion where sex, including rape, is permissible and even encouraged under certain conditions (i.e., with infidel women and girls). Imagine that the religion in question even describes heaven as a mostly sexual experience.
The catchers may be doing good work...the punishers not so much.

Due to the counterculture leftist movement we (Western Europe and the nations that spring from them) no longer even have the sense of self preservation—hence open borders, allowing any and all immigrants etc.
