A NATION IN DECLINE
Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

Exactly! Before I fell, I was riding a mountain bike on wooded mountain trails up to 30 miles at a time and walking 3-5 miles on the days I didn’t ride. I was in excellent shape. The ankle is not that bad now but the arthritis in it is. I experiment with supplements to find something to help but in a cold wet winter, it’s a challenge. LOL I keep moving even if it’s slow.

Oh yeah, that’s mentioned right there in the Bible, right next to the “three wise men”.
Anybody beating drums next to a sleeping newborn needs to be dragged away and “vigorously chastised”.
This year and last, I managed to avoid hearing any “Christmas music” completely. I’m so totally sick of it.
If it plays on the radio, it’s very likely some atheist musician and producers who are doing it only for the money.

By God’s grace, I don’t have arthritis, but I’ve heard curcumin (a good absorbable grade) is good for helping arthritis. Have you tried that?
You might also wish to research MSM to see if that might be right for you.

While I don’t have arthritis, I was hit by a train a long time ago, and have had chronic pain. An alternative doc at Riordan clinic has treated his wife with MSM with great success for inflammation. He has me on it. I’m working my way up to higher dosages of it. I find that it seems to be helpful.
