An Arizona mother went viral after she showed up to a school board meeting in a cat costume and makeup to mock what she says is the school's 'woke agenda.'
Lindsey Graham, a conservative and published author who hosts the 'Patriot Barbie' podcast, made headlines after video showed her in the feline getup, inspired by board member, Paul Bixler.
Bixler, 72, a retired teacher and principal, identifies as transgender woman. She was appointed to the Liberty School Board, which covers eight schools on the outskirts of metropolitan Phoenix, in 2021 after the election was canceled and is slated to serve out a term through December 2024.
Graham, no relation to the US Senator from South Carolina of the same name, clearly addressed Bixler - without naming her - and the board that night.
She said: 'I'm a cat. Meow, meow. I'm not a woman dressed as a cat. I am a cat. How many of you believe and confess that I'm a cat? How many of you believe that your child or a child from this school would believe that I'm actually a cat?'
After nobody raised their hands, she continued: 'No one. You're right. Truth prevails over imagination. Reality exists. Discernment is innate and something that we're wired to have. One look at me, and you know this to be true. I'm a woman posing as a cat.'
After the internet went wild over her appearance a month ago, Graham spoke to Fox News' Jesse Watters Tuesday to express her outrage over Bixler having inappropriate influence over school children.
She said: 'This was a local school in my neighborhood where there was a member of the school board whose name is Paul Bixler. He's a man, he's very clearly a man.'

It sounds like this man has unprocessed grief about his wife’s passing. He is overcoming the loss of his wife, by BECOMING his wife. I guess as long as he is her, she’s not gone. But that isn’t a healthy way to deal with the grief. He needs to get therapy to actually come to terms with it. I’m surprised he doesn’t make people call him Candace.

It’s great story, but a Kitty Ping really isn’t appropriate - especially since her point is that she’s NOT a cat.
