Naturally fermentation pickles contain 4,000 times the good gut lactobacillus as yogurt. Very easy to make. YouTube has several good videos on making them. The fermentation creates real old world kosher pickles. The kind that would be in a wooden barrel at the local deli. You fished out your own.
Sooooo good.

In all seriousness, I have a niece who has C. difficile and has suffered with it for at least a decade.
I hope this might provide some relief for her.

They are promoting this in the science classes at my child’s middle school. The kids have to write a paper on it. All the students said they’d take the pill if they were sick. Feels like indoctrination to me.
