The lady at the front desk said something about it was required for them to get paid by Medicare and that Medicare didn’t pay as much, and that I was free to go find another provider that took Medicare.
I have a different Dr that is private pay, and there are no intrusive questions.
I only go to the Medicare Dr if it’s urgent, like a sprain, break, or flu.
My doctor only got demanding after I started Medicare. She said she has to do the Wellness exam by Medicare, so I guess that’s why. I don’t think her heart is in it but her license is. When I had my last one six months ago, she gave me the words to remember, the time I had to draw on that stupid clock, and then left me alone with the answers. LOL
She will probably be relieved not to have to mess with me and Medicare demands if I go virtual.
