That line of logic fails to consider the fact that the SC has already stated in prior cases that fraud vitiates everything...therefore while they cannot install Trump they can rescind the results of the election and uninstall the P/VP until the appropriate investigations have been completed then using the constitutional list of replacements as the next in line...which goes to the speaker of the house.

Washington — The House Jan. 6 committee is holding what is expected to be its final meeting on Monday, when members will vote on formally adopting the committee’s final report and possible criminal referrals to the Justice Department.
