A grand jury indictment against Sam Bankman-Fried was unsealed Tuesday.
Prosecutors in New York accused him of mixing the coffers of FTX and Alameda Research.
The 8 criminal charges against him include wire fraud, conspiracy to commit money laundering, and conspiracy to defraud the US and violate the campaign finance laws.
US federal prosecutors in New York have formally charged former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried with 8 criminal charges, including fraud for allegedly using FTX funds to support the endeavors of his crypto hedge fund Alameda Research.

I’ve read online that he was charged so he couldn’t testify in front of congress. I don’t know if that’s accurate or not

Exposure of Deep State operatives dealings, kickbacks and bribes.
THe other charges are excusable.
The Deep State operative dealings charge is actionable, and the punishment will be banning him from testifying, making statements, and exposure of what he did with whom.

It is absolutely the case. To gain control of a criminal scandal where many agencies and jurisdictions are involved, the first federal prosecutor to make the arrest will have the edge to call the shots.

Gascon is the DA that let Eugene Yu, CEO of the CCP’S KONNECH Inc. go free. Yu transferred all US election data, election office personnel, poll watchers, registered voter data, all of it to servers in China.
Definitely a tactical move to control the situation, the narrative and most importantly what that kid was gonna say.
At the end of the day I doubt much is gonna come out of this ......even though the democrats are up to their eyeballs in it.

He's the fall guy, just as planned. But the Dems got 30 million out of the deal.
Nothing further will be known about any of this.
He will not go to trial.
But the Democreeps will return the ill-gotten gain I’m sure.
