Nantucket has approved a bylaw amendment that will allow people to go topless on beaches regardless of gender.
"In order to promote equality for all persons, any person shall be allowed to be topless on any public or private beach within the Town of Nantucket," the new amendment to the Protection of Coastal Areas and Open Spaces bylaw states.
Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey approved the bylaw on Tuesday, but it will only go into effect once the town meets appropriate posting and publishing requirements, according to Boston’s regional website.
The town back in May passed the bylaw with 327 votes in support against 242 votes against – a fraction of the roughly 11,000-person population of the town. The Town Board noted that it received "numerous communications from citizens raising various challenges."

I’ve noticed the farther south you go the more attractive the women are, and the farther north...
I attribute this to the fact that there are many more sunny days in the south, so women watch their weight more to be prepared for the long swimsuit season.

It’s already legal for women to go topless in most jurisdictions.
I was shocked (shocked) to find out it was legal in Atlanta a few years ago.
I suspect this law change is an attempt to drum up tourism. But the fact is most women won’t go topless because they don’t want to go topless.

Eventually the case will be made that if they want true equality then will have to sign up for the draft, and if the draft is enacted, then they (these feminist activists and trannys,) will be the first to go in the street and burn their draft cards.
I remember there was a incident in South Carolina, IIRC, many years back, where a woman was arrested for being topless, only to be released almost immediately because there was no law on the books that prevented her from doing so...............
