That’s a little bizarre.
Many condolences.
” a months-long battle with colon cancer”
Damn, and at 34-years-old. What kind of virulent form of colon cancer did he have? Usually, it is a couple years long battle for those that don’t make it. RIP.
Never heard of him...
Sorry that he succumbed to the vax...
I got to see him perform in the Phantom of the Opera in Tampa; he was outstanding. RIP.
A dear friend’s son died with his wife by his side. She said he had a smile on his face and was looking past her with his arm out- as if welcoming someone.
Cancers move SO FAST now days. I wonder what’s changed…?
My aunt listened to my terminally ill uncle’s disturbing death rattle breathing all night . He had had some strokes and was apparently not conscious. In the morning, after sunup she went outside for a break. She came back into his room and said “Mel, the sun is shining and the birds are singing. It’s a beautiful day out. And I love you.” He opened his eyes, looked into hers, and then passed.
A peaceful passing can be beautiful even if the sorrow is real as well.
