On the WH State Dinner menu.

Butter-poached Maine lobster, American osetra caviar, delicata squash raviolo,
tarragon sauce, calotte of beef, shallot marmalade, triple cooked butter potatoes,
sunchoke, and creamed watercress along with red wine reduction.
Cheese course and orange cake with roasted pears and cremec fraiche ice cream dessert.

Lunch bucket Joe continues Democrats pretentiousness.....lobster AND prime beef.

This was Trump’s menu for Macron.

To start, savory goat cheese gateau, tomato jam, biscuit crumbles and young variegated lettuces.
The main course is rack of spring lamb , burnt cipollini soubise, and gold rice jambalaya.
Rounding out the menu is a nectarine tart with crème fraîche ice cream for dessert.

Wacky Biden dropping his drawers for the Frenchies. I remember a time when Americans stopped eating “french” fries because of those ignorant bass turds.

‘butter poached Maine lobster’

Please, sir, can I eat one of your ocean bugs?

No! You will eat the land bugs hiding behind your walls and in your garden.

To have your wine served at a state dinner is a proud achievement for any winery. The menu (as shown above) will list the wines either per course or on a separate page. These are proudly displayed in tasting rooms at any featured winery.

As such, all state dinners should be domestic winesonly (as this one was). Great domestic wines are not limited to Napa and Sonoma: Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo (and other California areas) produce outstanding wines. Oregon and Washington are in that category as well. Wineries in every state are up and coming.

Gourmet is a French word meaning “nasty”.
I’ll take a Cowboy Steak cooked medium-rare.

They should have put a bag over the bottles and asked Macron what he thought about the wine before revealing that they were American.

Gee, what a nice dinner! I understand it is quite different from what i would normally feast on & that’s probably appropriate. But..at the same time it would be appropriate if this were not advertised & Mr. Biden would show some understanding & appreciation for what the average American was going through & what they can even afford for the dinner table.

They kept lobster and beef on the menu? Maybe they still have a future.
