Over the last few years I've been trying to read all of the "classics" I missed when younger.
I work off of four different "Best 100 all-time novels" lists (R. McCrum - The Guardian, D. Burt - Adherents, editors - Goodreads, and the Board of Modern Library).
It's a fun hobby. Especially when I don't have to write essays about them....
But probably not in print form.
Think movies.
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, James and the Giant Peach, The BFG, Matilda, The Witches all were movies based on his books.
