A woman is in the hospital after being shot several times inside her own home, according to Flowery Branch police.
Officers say they were called to a home on Chattahoochee St. just after 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning where they found a woman with multiple gunshot wounds in the street.
They were able to apply a tourniquet to the woman and send her to the hospital. She is currently listed as stable.
Investigators quickly identified Fonda Spratt, 56, as the shooter and took her into custody.
Detectives learned that Spratt walked into the victim’s home and confronted her about barking dogs before pulling out a gun and shooting her several times.
Spratt was charged with two counts of aggravated assault, burglary, reckless conduct and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. More charges are possible.

I say good for her. People have become so disrespectful these kinds of reactions will continue to increase.
We had neighbors that had two shepherds that barked all day and all night.
A plan was formed 10 or so neighbors called animal control.
Dogs were not seen or heard from again.
I don’t like calling the authorities but it was that or a less pleasant alterative.

The picture I saw associated with the article was a picture of a man who identifies as a woman, with a 5 o’clock shadow.
This is complete BS, it wasn’t a woman it was a confused-person-man.
Maybe the authorities will be confused as well and put him in a woman’s prison so he can have some more fun!

Aggravated assault in GA is akin to “attempted murder”. Different wording in different states.

Funny, I had neighbors with two dogs that barked constantly. They would also park in my driveway.
So I called the FBI using a lineman’s phone from their house. I said I had a video of Joe Biden taking a bribe, in cash money, in return for abandoning Afghanistan hurriedly so the bids on a Chinese gas pipeline could win.
The FBI came right over, shot the dogs, and the neighbors were never heard from again. Apparently they were really Russian Assets.

Because bad behavior is rarely the fault of the dog. It’s usually a bad owner that has no control over the dog or just doesn’t care.
Did she shoot the dogs too ????
