There are dozens of court cases that use the phrase: "fraud vitiates all," or "fraud vitiates everything".
The types of cases (usually tort, or civil, cases) are all over the spectrum of fraudulent behavior.
However, any attempts to quote any of these cases with regard to elections on the interwebs is quickly met by the Leftists experts with "... does not apply to elections or electoral fraud ..." or some such.
Well, barring any civil or legislative means to set right our corrupted election processes, I would have to concede to the idea of a "Qasem Soleimani" remedy, wherein the Mighty Hand of God reaches down to smite the guilty parties unto Oblivion. Great Balls of Fire !!!

I don’t know what the S.A. is after Bank of Canada. It’s not part of the name of the bank. The BoC is a Crown Corporation, ostensibly owned by the federal government/people of Canada. It was established by the Bank of Canada Act in 1934 and became publicly owned in 1938.
My understanding of Société Anonyme is that it’s a company created and operated by specific rules and regulations explained in France’s Commercial Code Article L-225. I’m not aware that it has application outside France or that it applies to the Bank of Canada, but I’m not an expert in this area.
