Have these people been rescued from the plane yet? I heard that you can be electrocuted just getting into close proximity to those kind of power lines. Don’t have to necessarily touch them.

based on the insulator size and the single conductors per phase, I’d say it’s likely 115 Kv or 138 KV. Probably 138, 115 is more common in the south. They probably tripped the line on the right side of the tower when they hit it, but the other circuit may have been de-energized by operators due to the proximity.
