Swelling legs... what to do?

Ok I have swelling legs - they are swollen about 7-12%.

I was trying to accelerate some rotary saw blades to Mach 2 and accidentally stepped in front of one. It sliced my head clean off. Now I’m getting dizzy because my head is rolling down a hill. What do you think I should do? This one was particularly good. :)
