The Russian missile attacks are very similar to the V1 and V2 German rocket attacks on western European capitals. And having the same impact on morale. None.

They’re not even really Nazis of course. They’re Slavs. It would be like having Puerto Rican klansmen.

No electricity, no banking, no fuel, no food , no water, no internet, ….Englands electricity grid was not destroyed in WW2, The Ukies grid is crippled at least, possibly destroyed.
Explain the increase of refugees fleeing Ukraine, low estimates are claiming 2 million, higher ones 6 million, either way Ukies are fleeing Ukraine.
I’ve read and watched quite a few interviews about people who didn’t evacuate from various villages in Ukraine. Most of those determined to stay are too poor to leave. They’re simply too impoverished to go anywhere.
You sound like Russia Today hawking the Putin talking points. These attacks will not affect Ukrainian morale or win any friends for Russia.
