With a name like “Whitehaven”, that place was just axing for it.

"Memphis Police Department is investigating a mass shoplifting incident that happened in Whitehaven."
The police report: "A caravan of 20 cars containing 22 suspects arrived at the Walmart and stole what store personnel believe is between $30,000 and $50,000 of merchandise. Case closed." /s

Perhaps they’d be better off if they used their ability to communicate with each other for better purposes, like learning to speak English and getting a job.

A minister friend of the family once was pastor of a church in Whitehaven. Memphis is not the city it once was, which is why our denomination headquarters moved out of downtown Memphis a number of years ago.

The hood rats don't stop at red lights, stop signs, register their cars, insure their cars. They just drop their garbage right where they stand.
Memphis is lost. The cops won't do anything about it. The inmates are running the city.

Surveillance cameras covering the streets and license plates? Inquiring law abiding citizens want to know! If not, why not? If not, WHEN?
