A recent article quoted one of the labs that produce this mush as verifying that their chicken "meat" would sell at $9,000 per pound.

Having checked a few of the blatantly propaganda sites on this subject, the mush is a concoction of meat cells that form a paste.
This paste of cells, grown at exorbitant cost, is then heated to firm it into nugget shapes. These are then deep fat fried to kinda' have
the consistency of chicken meat.
