Global Warming strikes again! At this rate it will get so warm we will all freeze to death.

Three feet ain’t nothing.
Might take a day off cause buffalo won’t plow all the streets.
We got thru the surprise October storm in 2006. Hopefully more leaves are off the trees now.

I can remember when they hired fans to shovel out the stadium seats. Can’t wait to watch the game from my warm recliner on Sunday.

Back in 1977 Buffalo was buried under 30 feet of snow one winter
People found their cars buried so deep could not get them out until spring

In 1970 we did a Reserve “summer camp” at what was then Camp Drum...near Watertown. I got talking to a Regular Army LT who had wintered over the previous winter. Back then Camp Drum was basically for Reserve and National Guard summer camps and he told me that by the end of the winter some buildings were completely buried in snow.

Yep, my sister-in-law showed up to the family compound in Massachusetts with a "I survived the Blizzard of '77" T-shirt.
The following year, we were sending pictures to her of us in our "I survived the Blizzard of '78" T-shirts.
