Alec Baldwin has sued the armorer and several other crew members involved in the "Rust" production for negligence over a year after a gun he was holding discharged, killing cinematographer Halyna Hutchins and wounding director Joel Souza on a Western film set in New Mexico. In the lawsuit, Baldwin alleges that he was not responsible for the set's safety, and he did not know there were live rounds in the gun.

That’s going to be difficult. It’s pretty commonly accepted by everyone, except AB, that the person holding the firearm when it’s fired, is responsible for whatever damage it causes.
But he IS responsible for pointing the gun at her and pulling the trigger.
Notice he stated it in the passive voice, that the gun discharged.

It it indeed unfortunate that most conservative folks STILL don’t understand that the progressive leftists on both sides of the aisle and their complicit media and federal,state and local political sycophants are at war with YOU! They cannot be swayed, reasoned with, bought or bargained with and they absolutely believe the all conservatives and conservative thought must be crushed out of existence. They will not stop. Ever! Until every single thinking conservative wakes up and accepts this simplest of facts...survival is not possible. Someone said once that the the Second Amendment exists primarily to deal with people who just won’t take NO for an answer. The people who want to crush all conservative thought, speech and even conservative people in a literal sense absolutely will not take NO for an answer. Those not willing to do all to stop their rights from being destroyed will never get them back. My tagline says it all in light of the fact that the ONLY Amendment in the bill of rights that has teeth is the Second Amendment. Once that falls, we ALL fall. Not pretty but pretty simple.

This is what happens when the Left controls the entire education system, News media, Social media, and Entertainment media. Every means of influence and information is in their hands. We are fighting a death cult, one that celebrates killing their unborn and is outraged when they’re not permitted to kill their newborns. I used to scoff when people called them “demonic”. He kills a woman and then he sues others. How ballsy of him!
He should sue the dead woman’s estate for being in the line of fire.

I re-watched “The Hunt for Red October” for the umpteenth time the other night. Hard to believe Baldwin ever looked that good. Now just a dissipated, slovenly old man.
