Republicans are having a good, but not a great night. Some vulnerable House Dems survived. We take the House, but it will be tight. Senate... who knows. Georgia will go to a runoff.
Desantis is the new star of the party. He took a swing state, turned Hispanics, and won by 20 points. Massive win. He is now firmly in Trump's sights and he will do whatever he can to cut Desantis down.

Trump needs to go away. He has done nothing to help Republican Senate Candidates. I’m also a bit done with his ego. Everything isn’t always about him.

My standards are low - if Republicans can take the House OR Senate, then I’m ok...I think we’ll make another 2 years (short of a nuclear war, of course).

Yep, a lot of issues that the GOP could have hammered the Democrats on, but I heard very few of those issues being addressed (in these parts, at least).

We should take the House, but the Senate was always much harder to take back. I am not sure Republicans want to win anyway.
