Trump at a rally tonight (11/5) sums up his competition, and refers to Ron Desantis as "Desanctimonious"
Well, we do know the meaning of “sanctimonious” so placing
the ‘de’ in front would mean anything BUT superior, and standing on moral high ground. BTW - look up “Desanctimonious” on google and you’ll already find Trump’s
comment of this evening. He is certainly a pistol once he
enters onto the stage. Living rent free... with a new nickname for a rival.

Please tell us as you are watching. The man didn’t just make the statement without elaboration. He didn’t just blurt out Ron Desanctimoinious out of the ether and move on.
So, please tell us what was the subject President Trump was talking about at the time you say he used the description of Desantis?

BINGO! Trump’s “problem” is because most people don’t read real books. I’ve read the books that Trump has written beginning with “Art of the Deal”. He is a genius but his delivery is not natural for him. He has to over sell himself (he thinks).

To accuse Desantis of being “sanctimonious” is using the language Olof the left. Leftists call conservatives “sanctimonious” when they stand up on social issues such as the right to life, and opposing trans surgeries on kids.
Unlike calling Cruz “lying Ted” - whic was true - calling Desantis “sanctimonious” won’t work with GOP voters, because it’s not true and they agree with Desantis’s “sanctimonious” policy positions
Trump should not be attacking a GOP governor who has just banned sex surgeries on minors. Trump should be congratulating and thanking him
If DeSantis should earn the nomination over Trump, be certain Trump will do his best to sabotage him in favor of the Democrat, because that’s the type of person he is.

Heard that Ron, Kevin McCarthy and Paul Ryan have been plotting to take down Trump.

Really? I have looked for that clip and haven’t found it posted on FB, YT, etc... that said, what was the context? What was the subject matter? Do you even know?
President Trump would not have simply blurted out Ron Sanctimonious out of nowhere and moved on. There would have been a reason and that reason would have been elaborated upon by President Trump.
So, what was the background story? Do you even know or do you habitually post about things you have no actual knowledge of?
I believe DeSantis is refusing to go to the Trump rally this week.

I know two suburban women Evangelicals. They reluctantly voted for Trump in 2020 after refusing to do so in 2016. Took a LOT of talking to them to get them to vote for him in 2020. They’ve already told me they will sit out the election in 2024 if Trump is the candidate.
I won’t vote for Trump in the primary in 2024. If he is the nominee, I’ll do my best to get people to vote for him. But it will be a very tough slog uphill. I’m certain those two evangelical women - and evangelicals tend to be very supportive of Trump - will do as they say and sit out the election. I’ll be hard pressed to convince them to vote for anyone down ticket, too.
Desantis would win Arizona 55:45. There is a good chance Trump could lose it. Not by fraud but because there really are a lot of semi-conservative women who will NOT vote for him. Desantis doesn’t have that baggage!
