In 1995, experts told the NY Times that east coast beaches would be wiped out by 2020; forecasts based on models. Despite being wrong, rapid acceleration scenarios are still used today. Obviously didn't learn a darn thing. “Climate science is where arrogance and ignorance meet.”
Fresh water isn’t nearly as corrosive as salt water..................
Christine!?!?!
“Plymouth Rock is still above water.”
That is a true miracle—surprised BLM didn’t blow it up since it celebrates white supremacy and colonialism.
Yep- Ice Age, hole in the ozone, global warming - they make money off of everyone and keep everyone in complete fear and slavery off of these.
In other forums I love sending that link to “climate change” advocates—it drives them batty!
No sweat! A quick coat of cheap paint, run it down into Arkansas and sell it through the auto auctions as an abandoned car! For $45 you can get a new clean Arkansas title showing it has never been wrecked or flooded!
Put it on a lot ans sell it as “Only driven to church by your dear departed grandma!”

Love it! LOL!
That’s a keeper.
We were told about this in 1970 in science class. It was presented as a theory of greenhouse gas. It still is a theory. My house was at the beach on the Long Island Sound. It’s still there. The tide line hasn’t moved at all. Not one centimeter. It’s why the Obamas have hoses on the beaches.
I believe global catastrophes only happen during Republican administrations. If we just keep voting Democrats political power we’ll be safe. < /NYT >
I followed the climate scare crap beginning in the late 80’s as an impressionable college student.
They have been wrong with all of their predictions and they are never held to account for prior misses - even those they admit were lies at the time.
The idea of global warming is disproven and now they push predictions of mild temperature variability out to 100 years (UN). Keep in mind that this assumes that technology will remain constant, which it never does.
However, they are throttling and taxing our economy at every turn in the name of “reducing carbon emissions” (absurd on its face) as the only thing that can “save us” without proof of imminent doom or admitting that the sun is the primary driver of climate on our little planet.
Meanwhile, politicians and companies pushing “green energy solutions” as well as professors reliant on grant money from government and industry are making a lot of money AND they are crippling the economic prosperity of Western nations.
Follow the money - not the science. The science of this scam fails miserably at every turn and the same people who told you that crippling your economy and raising the cost of living would save us are the same people who told us that a vaccine would stop covid and save humanity.
Follow the money. If you do that it is quickly apparent that the “green” in “green energy” is measured in dollars.
My favorite was the ozone hole that just happened to be directly “above” the Bush compound in Maine. Of all the places in the world where it might have been...... it was right over the Bushes.
I know that because Dan Rather told me so.
He would never lie........
“ The indoctrinated have taken this as a religion. Nothing will dissuade them.”
I find this to be true. I had an old friend visiting some years ago. I threw out some plastic and she was horrified. She said we have to save the earth. I never heard from her again in 10 years
Another friend I know from church, a very sensible person, a USAF colonel, that this woman said we have to save the earth. He said, “ we have to save the earth? For what?”
People who have an idea about eternal life have that perspective whereas the people of the climate change religion have a moral view of it. Its a theory but they are ‘believers’ as if God is on the same ‘theory plane’
No. God exists whether people believe or not. Man made climate change is a theory.
I have always been a conservationist. I am a conservative. So of course. I use very little plastic, I buy things to keep and last. I keep my electricity use down. I don’t think my doing that will save the earth. It’s just a way of life. I would never demand it if others.
I do find it amazing that wherever I go around here in texas, the air conditioning is at 70. I freeze all summer and in to October. Why are people blasting their electricity like that? The church is freezing. I won’t give them money for that. Their electric bills have to be higher than their defense attorneys fees.
I thought the Ozone hole was over the south Pole?
Everybody on New Zealand needed to wear SPF 2000 to go outside.
That reminds me of the episode of Top Gear when they put the Toyota Hilux(Tacoma) on the quay. The tide came in and washed it out to sea.
They sent divers out, hooked on to it. Drained the water out and it still started.
Water will not destroy an engine. All you have to do is rinse and dry...............
Are you familiar with the Top Gear episodes I am speaking about?
The final episode they put the truck on the top of a building and blew up the building.
The drove the truck onto the stage at the end of the show. The frame was completely broken through on the one side. It still ran though.
