You have a perverted perspective. There are good sources of info from the Ukrainians. I get my information from family and friends there plus the Ukrainian media and government officials. We did something similar to Serbia during the war over Kosovo. Knocking out the electrical grid proved to be very effective.
The same Ukraine that outlawed and jailed opposition parties and closed down opposition media and the same Ukrainian leader who advocated for a US first strike with nukes on Russia.
