The tragedy happened at the Forest Recreation Ground
A talented footballer who collapsed suddenly during a football match in Nottingham is believed to have died a "sudden cardiac death", an inquest heard. Samuel Victor Ovie Akwasi's parents were present when the 13-year-old passed away at the Queen's Medical Centre on May 7 this year.
Miss Mairin Casey, Senior Coroner for Nottinghamshire, opened and adjourned an inquest into the tragic teenager's death at the city's Council House, Old Market Square, on Wednesday, October 19. She read into a recording of the inquest that Samuel was born on September 27, 2008, and sadly died on May 7.
"He was aged just 13 years at the time of his death and he died at the Queen's Medical Centre, she said. A post-mortem examination was conducted, and the provisional cause of death given by a pathologist was "sudden cardiac death with a morphologically normal heart".
The final hearing, where more details will be heard and a conclusion on the cause of death, is set to take place on March 22 next year, and is estimated to take three days.
Two interim hearings are planned, which are pre-inquest reviews, and they are both at 11am on December 7, and February 8 next year. The brief inquest opening comes after Samuel's devastated dad had told of his unending grief after his "legend" son died suddenly, reported Nottinghamshire Live.
Dad Tubman Akwasi said the death of his son is a pain that he has to face everyday. Samuel was playing for FC Cavaliers U13s against WBCY FC Rossoneri, and had scored the first goal of the match before collapsing on the pitch on May 7 at around noon at the Forest Recreation Ground.
Dvarne Edwards, a sports assistant at the Forest Sports Zone, a separate sports facility at The Forest with artificial pitches, had said he "ran over straight away" after he saw the boy collapsed on the grass, near a tree. Mr Edwards explained the boy received treatment and that an ambulance arrived within minutes.
138329069421 Despite all the efforts, Samuel tragically died. He leaves behind his parents, two older siblings and a football team which "loved and respected him". Mr Akwasi, who said that his "life will never be the same without Samuel", added: "He was very talented. He was a legend, our legend."
Samuel's biggest dream was to become a footballer and play for Nottingham Forest one day, his dad recalled. "When Nottingham Forest won at Wembley I cried. He wanted to play for them one day. It is a tragedy that we are facing at the moment as a family. I am heartbroken."
We can honestly and in good faith disagree about what. But this would not have happened when Trump was at the helm, for all of the reasons everyone thinks it’s wrong.

A separate global study, Sudden cardiac death in athletes: the Lausanne Recommendations lists 1101 (1966-2004) reported cases in athletes under 35 years, or an average of 29 per year.
This data set of citizen reports shows 718 (and counting) of such deaths in 2022.

On this bit of news, a theory has popped up.
Up here in Washington State, Oberreichsfuhrer Jay Inslee still has emergency powers for the next 10 days. It’s been a question of just why he decided that October 31st was the day he stated that he would end those powers.
There are some who are saying that he had an inkling that the CDC would be making this ‘recommendation’ before that day. It is believed that he will declare a MANDATE that ALL Washington State children will be REQUIRED to get the vaxx in order to attend school. If he did. he’d be the ONLY governor in the US to do so.
One of the things to remember is that Inslee is an acolyte of Klaus Schwab and the WEF. Their website even lists him as a supporter.
It is said that if he took this draconian measure, he’d be sacrificing his party (Democrat, naturally) to a massive backlash come the midterms. That may or may not be, given the amount of brain-dead sheep that live in this state. Even so, one of the most basic things in a normal parent’s psyche is to protect their children. A mandated vaxx to attend school might a bridge too far for them.
If he does nothing and the date comes and goes without this happening, then it was a false theory.
As far as I can tell, none of us are "professional" immunologists, medical researchers, etc. We are a ragtag group of citizens. And yet, we are able to crank out thought-provoking articles and threads and posts. Do I agree with all of them? No. Do I think there are some wild ideas? Uh huh. Would I petition the govt to suppress them? NFW.
And yet, the Authorities - with funding, data-access, doctorates, the MSM, and the Bidet Administration - can't produce ONE flipping peer-reviewed study that even TRIES to prove that there isn't a statistically significant increase in sudden youth fatalities. Nothing...nada..zip...zilch. And yet, if any one of the unwashed masses does some long division to produce a stunning data point, they get banned on social media, and possibly swatted. Frankly, I'm surprised FR hasn't been nuked.
Thus, I totally agree with mewzilla (who, btw, wins some sort of prize for lightning fast information and article recall) when she says "There is no good reason for this when the issue is of absolute importance to public health. But there’s a very bad reason that explains what were seeing, and not seeing, isn’t there, DB."
For me, Grampa Dave provided the reason. None of this is about our health.
I think any pol, D or R, who pushes the mandatory school vax for kids, is TOAST.
It will be the equivalent of political self-immolation.
Just the THREAT of this is going to push another swath of life-long Dems to vote GOP in the mid terms.

The question may be: does Inslee even care if this happens, knowing that his contacts in the WEF may have something better in line for him if he follows their plan?

Of course the concern with the vaccine is not because it is for Covid. It’s because it’s mRNA based. Someone posted, and I don’t know how true it is, that eventually all vaccines will be mRNA based.

My DNA from both sides of my family often has this insight that something we are being told isn’t the reality, which isn’t being told.
This was being reinforced by my wife an RN for 50 years, a SIL with 45 years of being a front line RN, and one SIL with 3 RN sisters, a grand daughter in nursing school at a highly ranked RN/Medical school and a Niece with an advanced degree from the London School of Economics, basically doing healthcare consulting.
All of us of various ages and scientific/educational backgrounds came up with this semi conclusion:
“That basically, “None of what we were being told was about our health and our loved ones’ health re Covid 19!”
“None of this is about our health!” It still isn’t 3+ years later.
Along this lonely path, I found myself agreeing with mewzilla and her quick real world insight to these issues and lies!

UPDATE: I just found out from the source of this rumor, that Governor Inslee’s office has “categorically denied’ that he will be making any kind of mandatory COVID vaccination for children in order to attend school.
We shall see.
Yesterday a legend in our hometown, High School and College, State and national champion, died from a massive heart attack.
70 y.o and in seemingly great health. Prayers for the family.
