Remember when people loved to hear the roar of an engine?

Cadillac tried this approach back in 2003 with the "Cadillac 16." It was a super-sophisticated, very high tech car with a 1,000 hp engine that could cruise at 20 mpg.

My then-12 son and I saw it being taken out of its enclosed delivery carrier at the Carmel Concours d'Elegance. I talked the GM Project Manager into letting my son sit behind the wheel when it was finally lowered to the ground. That was a great treat for him!

Unfortunately, that car never went into production. It sure looks good for being designed 19 years ago.

Long way from the Cadillac Seville Gucci of the late 70’s. In Florida called the Caddy with the bagel on back.

Mayor Pete will be able to afford an electric vehicle. But we won’t. So we’ll have to ride the bus. Which is what the elites want.

I would NEVER buy a Cadillac. My friend had a headlight go out in his and it cost $1,500 to replace. Dealership price but still outrageous.

1/3 of a million dollars for a car? I don’t think so, Tim.
