Load them all onto Golgafrinchan Ark Fleet B and send them to one planet. This time, we keep the phone sanitizers.
Too bad that the planet is 235 trillion miles away.
I’m still laughing that anybody is attempting to find another unknown planet to move to, unless I get to make recommendations on whom to move.
We need to cut global warming “research” by 90% at least if this the Bullschit “science” they are conducting. No experiments, no controls, models built out of nothing for a planet 40 light years away. It’s ridiculous.
So, the author wants to prepare you by agreeing with his bogus premise: “The climate crisis presents a huge challenge to all people on Earth.” I don’t accept his premise, so I will not waste time trying to understand his conclusions.
“that humans could potentially settle.”
Not a good idea. Seeing the immense distances, and the obvious fact that it would require many generations of space travelers to complete the trip, I say “ditch it.” If they ever arrived, there would be no way to communicate effectively with Mother Earth.
Why bother? If the human race goes extinct, then it was meant to be.
This is in error. Stacey M1 Abrams, the Human Planet is not “habitable” for any life, even headlice.
NOTHING is impossible when we have man caused climate change. We can do ANYTHING...even go to make believe planets!
The most “Earth like” planet ever found is almost the exact same size and mass as Earth and orbits a yellow dwarf star at relatively close to the same orbit as Earth. It is called Venus and I would not want to live there.
I suspect that most or all “Earth like” exoplanets are at best Venus like.
What Climate Crisis?? I really enjoyed the CLimate change this Summer, went to the beach etc. And the climate change this Winter will allow for some fun smow activities. Oh, the climate change this Fall in New England produced some spectacular colors. I really enjoy climate change.
