its an interesting story and I just can’t figure out how the media can state that the family is “missing” when they clearly not and also, what business is it of anybody’s what a family does....

Maybe by reporting them missing, they were trying to flush them into the open so they can be killed? I probably have an overactive imagination. It’s horrible how suspicious of everyone and everything I’ve become. I’m holding fast to the idea that it’s not paranoia if they really are out to get me, and I think they are.

This guy claims he has info on Sept 11th and needs police protection from people who want to eliminate him. This person has now disappeared with his family. The police are claiming mental illness in this case, and that very well may be but with everything going on these days, who knows:

I think viruses and bacterial infections, such as strep throat, can, in general, sometimes cause an appendix that has problems to finally give up the ghost.
Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I think the appendix has some lymphatic tissue that might swell when a person is sick. Waste gunk, since the appendix is at the junction of the small and large intestine, can get trapped in the appendix and cause it to get infected.
Some years ago, I had a ruptured appendix. I did not know it because my appendix was retrocecal (sp.? I just don’t care), meaning instead of being pointed toward the front of my body, it was pointed toward my back. It’s just an anatomical thing, like some people have a foot that is a size bigger.
Anyway, the pain isn’t as great when you have appendicitis and neither is the nausea. It feels like you strained your back, and as I had been doing heaving lifting, I thought that is what I had done. Plus my right ovary was all messed up from endometriosis, so I had pain anyway.
Anyway, it had ruptured, formed an abscess, and I finally got too sick to ignore it all. I had been walking around a couple of weeks at least with a ruptured appendix. I ended up in ICU for a few days on antibiotics and had to take them at home via IV for weeks. They took my appendix out months later via lapro, same-day surgery, as well as some of the endo and a cyst they found on the ovary.
The appendix, per pathology, showed layers of scar tissue, suggesting it had been getting inflamed for years and endo on the outside, which probably caused it to get strictured and gunk to accumulate.
During this period of time that this was happening, I heard a lot of appendicitis stories from co-workers about what happened to them and family members. It turned out, not a small number of people over 50 had had appendicitis and in some cases it happened around the same time or shortly after they had had a bad cold or something. A couple of the women also had endometriosis issues that possibly impacted, not pun intended, their appendix.
Many times gynos will offer to take out an appendix if they are going to being doing lapo work on endometriosis, just to keep problems from occurring and so appendicitis can be ruled out if a woman ends having to go to the ER over right-sided pain that could be an ovary issues.
