CDC is currently voting on requiring kids to take the Covid mRNA to attend school

The committee is charged with advising the Director, CDC, on the use of immunizing agents. In addition, under 42 U.S.C. 1396s, the committee is mandated to establish and periodically review and, as appropriate, revise the list of vaccines for administration to vaccine-eligible children through the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program, along with schedules regarding dosing interval, dosage, and contraindications to administration of vaccines.

Recommendation votes on pneumococcal, adult immunization schedule, child/adolescent immunization schedule and COVID-19 vaccines are scheduled. A Vaccines for Children (VFC) vote on COVID-19 vaccine is scheduled.

No, I’ve encountered some of them here and there. Some of them are black and should know better.

Do you really think you can bray Nazi at any one that suits you to do so? Have you ever heard a jack-ass bray? It’s musical compared to you.

Other than a bald assertion, what is your claim that the CDC is making a “Nazi decree” made of? It’s not even a decree, and they cannot compel states to implement their recommendation. As I said before. Your assertion is not a responsive reply.

most if not all children in the VFC program are inrolled in medicaid.. vaccine is free the adminstration of said vaccine is paid for by medicaid

What the CDC claims for itself:
"As the nation's public health protection agency, CDC has certain authorities to implement regulations related to protecting America from health and safety threats, both foreign and within the United States, and increasing public health security. CDC and other agencies implement public health laws passed by Congress through Federal Regulations."

Although the CDC is not mentioned in the Constitution, the Constitution describes the Legislative Branch as having the responsibility to make laws. Such laws, not yet deemed in contravention of the Constitution, have endorsed giving certain responsibilities to the CDC.

Can we start a class on the Constitution (USC) for all Americans who love freedom and America? (We need to counter the Left’s deliberate denial of elementary education about the USC and the Bible.)

If I could I would. Next best - get paid to do talk radio and explain this stuff.

To understand the USC, one MUST FIRST read and understand the Declaration of Independence (DOI) which was written about 10 years before the USC and serves as a foundation for the USC. The DOI declares our rights and freedoms come from God (not man or his government) The DOI states that all men “are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights that among these are Life Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness - “

So a MAJOR PRESUMPTION of the USC is the truth declared in the DOI that rights and freedoms ALREADY belong to individuals. So THE PEOLE VIA THEIR STATES ratified the USC by relinquishing and DELEGATING certain LIMITED & ENUMERATED powers (mostly Article I, Section 8) to the federal government which the USC created.

In other words, if it’s not in the USC, it is NOT a legitimate federal power as also explained in the 9th and 10th Amendments.

Therefore, the USC NOT delegating ANY power to the feds to meddle in or regulate healthcare, ALL federal healthcare activities are ILLEGAL and UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

If you allow yourself to engage in this for awhile, you may come up with, “Hey most of the federal government is unconstitutional”, and you’ll be right.

What is the “Deep State” and “The Swamp”? It is the $3 trillion unconstitutional portion for the federal government that MUST be dismantled if we are to restore our Free Constitutional Republic.

Remember, the USC Created the U.S. government and the USC is the Supreme Law of the Land (Art. VI, Cl. 2).

My understanding is that the school districts in KY currently have autonomy on that decision.

We have a part-time legislature. 3 months a year. While that is good, it’s also bad in the sense that the governor, who happens to be a leftist tin horn dictator, can write illegal executive orders the other nine months without interference from the legislature.

Which he very much likes to do.

Yes, yes, and therein many could go blind.

There is this thing called laches. If the appellant has not had reason to complain about the foundation of his case for decades and decades, and only comes forward when it suits his interests, one will doubtless be accused of having let things lie dormant for a while, perhaps TOO LONG. The law sees that things should be done at the proper time--perhaps shortly after the CDC's existence may have been established rather than 76 years later when someone doesn't like what they've done, apparently having been OK with e many decades of previous activities and results.

One may also find oneself in front of a corrupt judge, such as the procrastinating one, doing the Deep State a big favor, while supposedly hearing the General Flynn case (Emmet Sullivan).

So Flynn's financial livelihood has likely been destroyed for a lifetime. Where can he get to get back that of which he's corruptly been deprived? Dunno, but there will be many others in that line, too.

If you haven't noticed, it takes a lot of money and a long while to bring such a case as Flynn's or the CDC's possibly unlawful existence to a ripe fruition, at least in the current US.

Military Intel has been working the Q project for over a decade, maybe two--or longer. Yet, most Patriots have to be regularly calmed down that things may just take a bit longer than we might have hoped, even if we can no longer count the people dying (in not terribly kinetic circumstances) with a mere six digits.

Few legally-involved projects can marshal such huge efforts as are required for such a daunting task taking decades. Getting sufficient numbers of people pulling the rope in nearly the same direct requires Truth, Justice and The American Way, I would say (in homage to the author of Superman series, perhaps). I wish you good luck in yours, especially if you can't get paid to 'splain your thinking to the rest of us.
