Elon Musk Slammed For Russia-Friendly Proposal To End War In Ukraine

The world’s wealthiest man Elon Musk faced sharp backlash Monday afternoon after sharing his thoughts on how to end Russia’s invasion of Ukraine on terms far more amenable to Russia than the Western consensus, continuing to opine about global politics on the heels of bad corporate news closer to home.

-snip-

Musk’s controversial foreign policy proposal came as Tesla shares cratered 9% in Monday trading, hitting a three-month low as the market reacted poorly to third quarter vehicle deliveries falling short of estimates.

Putin annexed Crimea back on the Obama Watch, when his CIA implemented a color revolution and overthrew a corrupt, but legitimately elected government. Neither Putin nor Obama ever consulted me. The current ruler of the Ukraine is also corrupt as is our "Resident." We should not send another cent to Ukraine. Not our fight.

"According to your logic, modern Russian Federation is the same country as Soviet Union, which was the same country as Tsarist Russian Empire"

What matter is what the people in charge of Russia think, and I suspect that is pretty much their thinking.

"And that puts you personally on the same level with Putin as it was one of his justifications for Crimea annexation. Congratulations!"

Yah, since you put it that way, I really don't care what you think.

It just occurred to me after looking at someone’s take on Twitter that these polls probably have an ulterior purpose: to bait bots into voting so he can have evidence to use against Twitter in his court case.

If that’s the case, he’s brilliant.

“Threatening to kidnap people over a tweet. Well played, Lucy Arestovich.

What can be expected from a nationalist ideology whose entire history is built on nomadism, banditry, and genocide?”

And you posted up the image like the good neo-Nazi supporter and sympathizer you are, marcusmaximus. GG.

Everything was part of everything, at one time over the last 3000 years in Europe. Since like the Soviet empire is as dead as the Holy Roman Empire, I am not going with civil war, but that’s my perspective. Conflict usually takes two, I agree that the US provoked a lot of this. Yet, Putin didn’t have to take the bait. Putin invaded for money, everything else really doesn’t make sense. Putin will not bring safety or security by invading his neighbors. Like you, I don’t want to embroiled in foreign conflicts. Unfortunately, the left in this nation has enabled our NATO Companions to divert to ‘social programs’ so that they are unable to defend themselves. Once again, Trump called out the problem with the diversion of defense resources and the reliance on foreign petroleum. This is really a European problem, and mostly a EU, and certainly a GERMANY induced problem. IF, Germany had done what it was supposed to do, by its NATO treaty and common sense, these people would not be dying in Ukrainian conflict IMHO.

It wasn’t such a bad idea but someone needs to get the ball rolling toward ceasefire. We need to cut off military aid to this civil war and let peace break out.
