A new research paper authored by a prominent UK cardiologist and evidence-based medicine expert has concluded that use of mRNA COVID vaccines should be halted until independent investigators are given access to the raw data from the clinical trials.
Dr. Aseem Malhotra was originally a staunch defender of COVID vaccines, but after his father, who was previously healthy with no heart issues, passed away due to a sudden cardiac arrest, he began to investigate the evidence that the vaccines are safe and effective, as the FDA and CDC claim. Being a cardiologist who had seen his father's diagnostic test results prior to his COVID shots, tests that confirmed his good state of health, he knew that there was no rational explanation for the blockages found in his father's arteries after his death.

Never heard of an “evidence based medicine expert”. Is that like a medical specialist of some sort? So if this guy is a evidence based medical expert does that mean that all the other doctors are not evidence based in their diagnosis or treatments?
I guess the anti Vaxxers and their publications are now inventing a New Medical specialty to help give credibility to all the ant vax studies relying solely on anecdotal stories. Like this dr who has no bias on the subject as a result of death in his family that he apparently can’t explain. But because he is an “evidence based medical expert” I guess they figure gullible fools will somehow think he is more credible than any other person who has a doctors license.
You just can’t make this stuff up. But fools believe this utter nonsense, which by the way is apparently not the least bit evidence based.
Of course all of the testing that was done prior to the introduction of these ‘vaccines’ is something that you are privy to? All six months or so of intensive study and documentation?

So like most in the medical community, it was all good because Big Pharma, the accountants, and the massive influx of money said so.
The medical community is a cult.
He has found to his chagrin that an unacceptably large proportion of practicing MDs are not fluent in evidence-based medicine and related research.
Please do not inadvisedly throw around the term anti-vax.
In any event, that term and Dr. Malhotra do not intersect on any reasonably-drawn out Venn diagram.
Evidence based scientific method independently funded studies have nothing to do with the field of medicine, which MOSTLY (some exceptions with the more mechanical fields of health care) only focuses on the circular symptoms - medicines cycle. Pharma creates Med schools and their curricula.
Dr. Malhotra is POed at Big Pharma, and with his dad now prematurely dead is probably going to be sinking some highly credentialed pit bull teeth into some Phama backside very soon, and locking those monster dog jaws in place until he sees real reform (surely will take a while)
