That’s what I was thinking. Doggy was probably happy to see someone.

Huskies are insanely happy dogs.
I love watching YouTube videos of their wacky antics.
Poor thing was probably just “talking” a greeting to the butcherer of dogs.
I could not live with myself, had it been me.

It’s the last sentence of the linked story, amid all of the clickbait clutter.

Meanwhile, police are trying to track down the people who dumped the dogs in the forest. Many of them were infected with parvovirus, which can be deadly if untreated, according to authorities.

Parvo is not that bad for adult dogs and pups can often be successfully treated.

Sounds like CYA crap, to me.

Stupid slunt killed and butchered a dog and then grabbed her dick about it, on FB.

Unforgivable.

Meanwhile, the local shelter “saved” a dozen “meat dogs” from China a few years back and was fixing to charge their usual “Jindo Fortunes” to “adopt” them out.

Bummer that they all had feckin rabies.

This crap is why we now have a new ASIAN strain of parvo and a dog killer respiratory disease from the same source.

Liberals.

Years ago, I went to the pound to look at what was available. It was the usual mix of dogs, all up against the cage door, dancing and yelping snd wanting attention. One pen had a sign...” Not for Adoption” ...and a 7/8ths or better wolf hybrid. It was laying at the back of the pen, eyes locked on mine, just daring anyone to open the door so it could bolt.

Apart from anything else, she seems to have had a photographer along on her “solo predator hunt.”

Maybe she put her smartphone on timer and had it stuck in the dead dog’s mouth.

I had a friend in Cali who had a rescue license for wolves.

They lived in her back yard and dug themselves a den.

Her children stayed with the wolves in the den and played and the wolves stood watch and dared anyone to mess with them.

She knew about wolves.

/and no, none of her kids were named Mowgli

The report also said the dogs abandoned near there were infected with parvovirus. I wonder if someone is trying to infect the wolf population out there. It is frequently fatal to unvaccinated dogs. If the wolves haven’t been exposed, it could begin a virgin field epidemic if the wolves either breed with or eat infected dogs.

I don’t know where you live, but everyone of the critters you listed are predators that have no business on my property. They are there for a tasty chicken, duck or lamb meal. If my McNab dog doesn’t run them off, I feed the predators hot lead. What’s embarrassing about land protection?

This gal was probably dropped on her head at birth or more than likely, she is a shining example of one of the most disastrous policies the public school systems adopted 20-25 years ago, the self-esteem movement with the participation trophies.

One thing I think everyone can agree, she did this for her 15 minutes of “fame” in her case infamy. Socialist media is the perfect medium for the ignorant full of themselves person.

The look on their faces as they post their stupid deeds would be funny if it wasn’t so widespread and tragic. The only thing more sad is the look on some fools face as they take their last “selfie” as they fall hundreds of feet to their deaths.

I would have done the same thing. The Deer meat would have tasted bad anyway. When we butcher anything on the ranch, we insure they are calm and not running scared, otherwise we wait. Deer, Elk and anything else will taste bad if their adrenaline is pumping at death.

My dad and uncle killed every feral dog they encountered when out hunting. They claimed one wild dog could change a migratory pattern of wildlife ruining the area and forcing the animals into unfamiliar territory that made them less safe too.

i saw this when it first pop up on reddit sub hunting a few days ago. now the sub is filled with people scoring big game animals with mismatch pics... such ask this guy who’s about to load a ram onto a truck, but it is a ram pickup. or one showing their trail cam of a ferocious mountain lion (it’s a cat).
