DeSantis took the Vineyard denizens at their word and helped some poor immigrants achieve the blessing of residence in a community of love and acceptance. He sent 50 migrants to Martha's Vineyard, reputed by its residents to be a community who love border crossers. Not a single immigrant was offered housing, employment, or an invitation to visit a local mansion. Not one was provided the chance to share the luxury of these oh so virtuous wealthy. Thousands of luxury hotel accommodations remained empty that could have housed these struggling dreamers. Not one migrant was permitted to sit at a fine dining table and savor the delights of wealth and comfort. They were ever so gently locked up in a nearby military camp and will be sent packing back to Venezuela. Do it again Governor.

As long as the border remains open there should be free voluntary daily flights for Biden to Martha’s Vineyard and other rich liberal hideaways.

100,000 empty beds was too few to board 50 illegal people. MV was also short on food and drinking water, due to the recent stock market decline, forcing them to start a fund raiser ($43000) in case they have to pay for out of pocket transportation off their island for the next lot.
