And - good news - I am feeling a good bit better today. Not perfect, mind you, but better. I’ll continue the mildly symptomatic protocol until I feel even better, then drop back to prophylactic protocol.
I think I need to up my vitamin C, D, and Zinc a bit, though I am getting some. Undoubtedly not as much as is called for in this situation.
I have a second self-test kit in the box, but I’m holding back on that. The first test was negative for Covid, but if symptoms persist, I’ll take another test before going out to meet the people I’m planning to see this weekend.
IVM is available non-prescription and over-the-counter at various farm supply stores (may vary by state).
Just remember the FDA says, stop it, you’re not a horse.
But apparently the NIH recently admitted IVM works for COVID, so your mileage may vary.
