A leading Catholic scholar claimed that alleged alien abductions stories have parallels with people who say they have encountered demons.
Theologian Dr Paul Thigpen went on to add that aliens are in fact more than likely " demons ".
He also said that the US government know more than they publicly state in relation to UAPs ('Unexplained Aerial Phenomena' - a US military term for UFOs ).
Dr Thigpen told the National Catholic Register: “With UAP we may actually be dealing with extraordinary phenomena of various origins despite similar characteristics.
“Extra-terrestrial hypothesis – the notion that we are encountering non-human intelligences from locations in this universe beyond Earth - best accounts for many UAP.
“The diabolical hypothesis – that they are demons – best accounts for some UAP reports, especially some of the so-called alien abductions’ that demonstrate clear parallels with what the Church knows as demonic encounters.”
These comments come after the US government last year reported on 144 UFO sightings by military pilots since 2004, with only one being explained away as a balloon and the rest "largely inconclusive".

And, from what astronomers say, we live in a pretty clean galaxy. Meaning the chance of someone coming from outside our galaxy would have to travel through even more debris.
One of my closest friends (a high school girl at the time) saw one up close in a car with other people, driving back to Vermont after a day shopping in Montreal.
It could have been mass hypnosis of course, but everyone--my friend, her girlfriends, and her mom behind the wheel--saw it. They pulled over on the shoulder of the road and watched it hovering above the treetops. No missing time was reported.
My point is, how does one compare their opinion to that of a person (such as me or you) who has had no such experience?
I'm not saying I know what to make of this experience of theirs, but their opinion is valid in a very different way.
Why?... Because we have a mountain of clues, we are just in denial.
I have conversed with "insiders" in the military and in the intelligence community. They are also convinced those things are real. Not all in government believe it; but, that information is compartmentalized.
Ok, that’s funny.
That said, some folks close to this stuff seem to be suggesting that the UFO's are a small part of the picture. Maybe even just a distraction.
At this point, I am not forming any opinions, just watching and listening.
Considering everything we know about them violates the laws of known physics, I’m willing to entertain any theory about them, I’m waiting for proof to be delivered regarding any theory.

I am convinced that “aliens”, to the extent that they exist, must be demonic. It’s the only explanation that makes sense to those of us who “understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear”.

Let’s throw this into the mix:
What if demons are purposely tagging these beings as demonic, but they are in fact angelic? What better way to limit the influence of God than to call angels demons.
I can’t help but think that all the UFO sightings are part of a stage being set, since there will have to SOME explanation that people left behind will be willing to at least believe is “possible”, when millions of people(Believers) simply vanish at some point in the future...

But honestly no book contains all knowledge, God has all knowledge and he can do anything, he’s not bound to what man thinks about it..no matter what grand pooppah thinks..
If we knew this we may look for the living God instead of always congratulating ourselves for our continued failures.
So demons are physical beings? Jesus cast the demons into swine..they were spirits..
Now the Hindu culture has physical demons..that were probably aliens..so ok there’s some room for considering that..
It’s just we are seldom right, we don’t know anything..
