EV runs out of juice, pushed by coal miners

DC tourist ran out of battery in the middle of a remote West Virginia road on Friday, near a coal mine on Mettiki Coal access road U.S. 48, a few miles outside of Davis, according to WTRF.

Randy Smith on Friday Some days are just better than others. Today at our mine off Corridor H an electric car from DC ran out of battery at the road entrance to the mine. Someone called one of our foreman and told him a car was broke down in the middle of our haul road. He went to investigate and found out they had indeed ran out of juice coming from DC to Davis for a get away weekend. Hooray for the good guys!! I’m glad it’s been taken care of.

I suddenly became very tired, and started having chills again, which means my temperature is dropping somewhat. I’d love to have a nap, but instead, I’m going to sit and watch some of MI-5/Spooks.

Mona just came over for something...I don’t even recall what. But she’s gone again.

The Movie Date has been rescheduled for Thursday. FS has taken this week off, so I guess I’m lucky to get any time with him at all. Usually, when he takes any time off, he’s stuck at home doing the projects that PW has lined up for him.

Good morning. I hope your evening was enjoyable and that you slept well.

I knew I was tired yesterday, but I didn’t realize how tired. I got almost 12 hours of sleep. But since sleep is just a change for me I only feel less tired that before I went to bed.

If I feel better after my shower, I may paint the door again and get it done once and for all.
