Yeah, the last hospital I checked into had some rather large people working there.

It’s almost always a bad idea to address the elephant in the hospital. It’s surprising that people still have jobs.

Having lived in Thailand and like India has elephants all over the place it is not so strange. Once had an elephant stick its head in our store.
